This massage is choreographed to includes a customizable segment where your specific injury or needs will be addressed. The gO Massage is a type of manual therapy that focuses on the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain. In addition to treating a wide variety of injuries, The gO Massage is used to decrease and manage pain, increase range of motion, and restore normal body movement and function. It can also help expedite recovery from surgery or activity and alleviate post exercise soreness. Our signature massage is a unique therapy that combines deep tissue sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neural mobilization, and joint mobilizations.
The division of massage therapy at gO is headed by Megan Haver Skinner, LMT. Ms. Skinner graduated from the Mountain Heart Massage School and has been practicing therapeutic massage for 15 years. She specializes in sports, neuromuscular, deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone massage. Additionally she is an ortho-bionomist who has been incorporating ortho-bionomy into her body work since 2002. Ms. Skinner and her husband live in Crested Butte South, they are an active family who enjoy skiing, snowboarding, biking, and hiking.
